Pisanelli Bice Welcomes Associate Kirill V. Mikhaylov

LAS VEGAS – (March 01, 2018) – James J. Pisanelli and Todd L. Bice, founding partners of Pisanelli Bice, announce that Kirill V. Mikhaylov has joined the firm as an associate attorney.
Mr. Mikhaylov will primarily practice commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a variety of matters, including professional negligence, contract disputes, construction defect, general liability, product defect, and shareholder derivative cases.

Prior to joining Pisanelli Bice, Mr. Mikhaylov gained substantial civil litigation experience at a national law firm. He has conducted numerous depositions and successfully argued dispositive motions in various legal matters. His attention to detail and thorough understanding of the litigation process provides his clients the highest level of legal representation.
Mr. Mikhaylov obtained his juris doctorate degree from St. Thomas University, School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the St. Thomas moot court team and became a semi-finalist in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, the largest single site appellate moot court competition in the United States. Mr. Mikhaylov received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was a Millennium Scholar. Additionally, he has been professionally acknowledged with industry awards like Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Nevada Business Magazine, Legal Elite.
