Pisanelli Bice is one of only three Nevada firms honored in Band 1 of the Chambers USA 2018 guide for General Commercial Litigation. Chambers and Partners ranks attorneys and firms based on interviews with their clients and legal colleagues. The guide’s researchers report that Pisanelli Bice provides “quality representation in a range of commercial litigation for local gaming and hotel resorts, governmental bodies and construction companies,” and is “highly experienced at both trial and appellate level in issues arising out of corporate and real estate transactions including (mergers and acquisitions) and major property developments.”

Prior to joining Pisanelli Bice, Mr. Mikhaylov gained substantial civil litigation experience at a national law firm. He has conducted numerous depositions and successfully argued dispositive motions in various legal matters. Mr. Mikhaylov obtained his juris doctorate degree from St. Thomas University, School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the St. Thomas moot court team and became a semi-finalist in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, the largest single site appellate moot court competition in the United States. Mr. Mikhaylov received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was a Millennium Scholar.
