Mr. Zimmerman joined Pisanelli Bice in January of 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a large general liability and construction defect defense firm.

Mr. Zimmerman was born and raised in Las Vegas, and received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Nevada, Reno. While studying, he continued to run a company he co-founded called Triora Technologies. The company went on to receive a six-figure angel investment. Becoming interested in the legal aspects of his business, he was inspired to attend law school.

Mr. Zimmerman received his Juris Doctorate at Santa Clara University school of law with a corporate specialization in high tech law, with honors. During his first year, he studied at Singapore Management University in a law school study abroad program and externed for the Honorable Evette Pennypacker at the Santa Clara Superior Court. While attending law school, Mr. Zimmerman was an associate at the Entrepreneur’s law clinic and served as one of the presidents of Santa Clara’s Art Law Society. He received a CALI Excellence for the future award in Securities Regulations.

Outside of his time at the firm, Mr. Zimmerman enjoys traveling, skiing, rock climbing and playing tennis.
